Delivery & Returns

Delivery - Every effort will be made to deliver goods as soon as possible, as we get very busy at peak times , please allow plenty of time when ordering to meet your deadlines. Small orders are normally despatched by Royal Mail First Class Post. larger (heavier) items will be despatched by carrier and are usually delivered within 60 hrs. If you have not heard from us after 7 days please contact us so we can trace your order. Where items are out of stock we will notify accordingly when you may have the option of cancelling.

 Deliver Charges                                        Order value under £50 - £7.45    over £50 - FREE

                                                                       Orders requiring a pallett will be charged £25

Cancellations, Returns and Refunds - Goods which prove unsuitable may be returned for refund, credit or exchange if they are returned to ourselves within 7 days of receipt subject to the following conditions:

  • Items are returned at the customers expense.
  • If the customer fails to return the goods within 7 days of cancellation of the contract , the Company shall be entitled to collect the goods from the customer and to recover any costs involved in such collection from the customer. 
  • Items are received in a resaleable condition, in their original condition and with all packaging in good condition to receive a refund.( We reserve the right to levy a charge to replace product packaging which has been damaged or defaced).
  • Items returned after 7 days from receipt  may be subject to a restocking charge of not less than 10%.
  • All returns are to accompanied with the senders name, address and purchase invoice number.
  • We cannot accept responsibility for returned goods which are undelivered. Please retain you proof of posting etc in case you need to make a claim from your carrier.
  • The Company will then refund any monies owing to the customer, in respect of goods, within 30 days from date of cancellation of the contract, subject to the above conditions.
  • Special order goods shall not be returnable under any circumstances.

Any order discrepancies must be reported within 5 days of receipt.

We regret we cannot accept back fasteners that have been over ordered.

DELIVERIES ARE DEPENDENT UPON PREVAILING WEATHER CONDITIONS AND THE ABILITY OF OUR CARRIERS TO DELIVER SAFLEY.
